Locums Neurologist Needed in Riverside, CA

Job description

Schedule: The hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Patient appointments are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with admin time from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Procedures: No interventional procedures are performed.
- Locations: We are looking for coverage in both Riverside and Anaheim, or a provider able to float between the two.
- EMR: We use our own system, SAM, and training will be provided.
- Qualifications: We will consider BC/BE providers. However, experience treating workers' compensation patients is required.
- Locum vs. Perm: Our primary goal is to hire on a permanent basis. If you have a locum provider, I can present them to the team to see if they would be considered. Locals preferred. If you have a candidate that needs travel/lodging expenses. Please discuss with AM first.

100% outpatient
M–F, 8:30am–5:00pm
No weekends
No procedures
Patient Population

Primarily traumatic brain injury (TBI) & PTSD
Heavy first responder population
Workers’ comp focused
Referrals largely from Occu med groups

Clinical Model
Functional restorative medicine approach
Detoxing patients off current medications
Generally not prescribing new medications
Complex care environment
Ideal candidates with workers’ comp experience
