Neurologist Needed in Longview, WA (1 week per month) **will license**

Job description

* Start: November (ASAP)
* Contract Length: 13 weeks
* Coverage: 1 week per month
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Clinic plus night call
* 24-hour call during coverage week
* Call volume: 0–4 calls/texts per 24-hour period, primarily managed by phone
* In-house consults only when onsite

**Practice Details:**

* Hospital and clinic privileges required
* Inpatient and outpatient practice
* 122-bed hospital
* Average of 16 patients per day
* Rounding and admissions required
* Adult patients (17+)
* Support from 1.5 Neurologists and 1 Nurse Practitioner
* EMR: Epic

**Procedures:**

* EEG
* EMG

**Requirements:**

* Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist (MD/DO)
* Active Washington license required at submission (IMLC considered)
* BLS and ACLS required
* Minimum of 100 neurology cases within the past 24 months

**Credentialing:**

* Washington license required before presentation
* IMLC candidates will be considered
