Location: Jackson, MI
Dates of Coverage: January 2025-May 2025
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8am-4:30pm; Friday: 8am-12pm
Job Setting: Outpatient, office visits
Types of Cases: Electromyography (EMG), and botulinum toxin (Botox) if possible- not required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Must be Board Certified
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Will accept candidates that qualify of MI licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
Travel coverage provided
