Job description
• Compensation: $230/ hour (to be discussed)
• Call: 24/7 Call as needed
• Schedule: 24 hour Call Monday-Sunday, Scheduled as needed
• Travel & Lodging: Arranged if necessary
• Specialty: Neurology/ Neuroradiology
• Location: Grand Rapids Metro Area
• Practice Setting: ER
• Coverage Type: Full – Time
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 7 Months
• Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric
• Patient Volume: 1-2 Cases/Day
• Support Staff: RNs and Radiology Techs
• Credentialing: 60 Days
• Licensure: MI License
• Board Certification: Board Certification (Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, or Neurology)
• Malpractice: Provided by Consilium
• Other Requirements: Neuro IR Fellowship, ACLS, BLS, DEA
