-Neuro Sciences division
-Minnesota license preferred; open to licensing
-Adult Only
-M-F 8 a - 4:30 p; No call or weekends
-Average patients per day: 12-16
-Headaches, Botox, Stroke
-EMR: Epic
-Credentialing 60 days
