Locum Neurologist need in Oregon

Job description

Location: Oregon, 2 facilities right next to one another

Would ideally like 1-2 neurologist to fill this schedule

Rate: Hourly
Expenses: All covered

Start Date: As soon as credentialed and privileges

End Date: until perm is hired/onboarded

Schedule: Monday in one location 8:30-4:30. Tuesday- Fri in another location/clinic close by 8:20-5:00

# of Patients Per Day; 16-18 non-Botox day. Botox days up to 25 patients.

Any inpatient work? No

Call: Yes. One week a month
