• Location: Maine
• Target Start: July
• Length of commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 8a-6p with a 60 minute lunch
• Schedule: 4 day work week, Tuesday-Friday, 36 hour workweek
• Support staff: 1 Optometric Tech, 1 Optician
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Fulltime
• Patients per day: 16 average
• Department description: The primary focus will be to examine eyes and visual system, diagnose problems or impairments, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide treatment. May prescribe therapeutic drugs to treat specific eye conditions.

• Practice Setting: Clinic, FQHC
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active ME License **Will License
