Optometrist Needed in Montana

Start Date: ASAP, pending credentialing
Contract Length: 12 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch. No federal holidays.

• Full-time Optometry coverage providing comprehensive eye care
• Diagnose and manage visual and ocular conditions
• Perform external and internal evaluation of the eye and adnexa
• Minimum 2 years of Optometry experience required
• Any active U.S. state license accepted
• Part-time coverage of 1 week/month may be utilized until a full-time provider is secured

Any Active U.S. State License Accepted

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
