Job description

Retina Ophthalmologist Needed in Oklahoma

Start Date: ASAP, pending credentialing
Contract Length: 6+ months
Schedule: One clinic per month, Monday–Friday during facility hours of 8:00am–4:30pm. Approximately 4 hours/month with availability for up to 16 hours/month as needed.

• Retina Ophthalmology consultations, intravitreal injections, and laser treatments
• Approximately 30 consultations, 5 laser treatments, and 10 intravitreal injections per clinic
• Pre/post-treatment evaluations and follow-up care
• Facility provides laser equipment, supplies, and support staff
• Clinic dates scheduled approximately 4 months in advance
• Initial 2-day on-site orientation required

Active, Unrestricted Medical License Required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45–60 days
