✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans.
✔️ Implement therapeutic exercises to enhance strength, range of motion, and function.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and nursing staff to ensure optimal care.
✔️ Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient outcomes.
✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises and recovery plans.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
✔️ Licensure: Active PA Physical Therapist license and current BLS certification.
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year in a rehabilitation or related clinical setting.
✔️ Technical Skills: Skilled in patient evaluation and treatment planning.
✔️ Soft Skills: Compassionate communicator with a focus on patient-centered care.
