Locum Otolaryngologist (ENT) | Weekend Call Coverage | Turlock, CA | Fri–Sun, 3 Weekends/Month

Job description

Start: December 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing
Coverage: Otolaryngology clinic/hospital and call coverage
Schedule: Clinic/hospital hours 8:00–17:00 Friday–Sunday; about 3 coverage periods per month (must work the full stretch of open dates)
Call: 24-hour call 7:00–7:00 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; assigned and unassigned patients; 15–20 minute response time
Volume: About 0–3 patients seen while on call
Practice Setting: 209-bed acute care hospital, stroke certified
Patient Population: Adults 18 and older

• Inpatient and outpatient ENT care
• Admissions and rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
• Documentation in Athena and Cerner
• Temporary privileges available
• Travel and lodging covered

Requirements
• Board Certified in Otolaryngology; fellowship required
• Active California license required (IMLC not accepted)
• 50 case logs within the past 24 months
• ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Must be available for the full stretch of open dates
• Credentialing: approximately 120–180 days
