Job description

Specific dates needed: From October - February
- Clinic with office call only
· Practice Setting: Clinic
· EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
· Avg. Daily Census: 20 patients per day.
· Call Schedule: Office call
· Lab and x-ray onsite
· Additional details: Level 3 Trauma Center
· 70% adult 30% Peds
· 5-7 surgeries per day
· Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
· State License(s): Yes, and willing to license
· Years of Experience Req’d: 3+ years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
