Monday - Friday
745 am - 4 pm
2 weeks/month
October, November, December and Spring 2025 dates available
Clinic with office call only

1 midlevel. 1 MA, 1 Patient Service Representative
Outpatient Radiology and Lab services located in building
EMR: Cerner
20 patients per day.
Call Schedule: Office call
70% adult 30% Peds
Office/clinic 60% Surgical 40%
5-7 surgeries per day

Requirements:
Board Certifications: Required
State License(s): Yes - willing to license
Years of Experience: 3+ years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
