Job description

A facility in Clackamas, OR is seeking a ENT Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Location: Kaiser Permanente Sunnybrook Ambulatory Surgery
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Types of Cases: New consults and follow ups, plus minor procedures in the clinic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Requirements: Must be board certified and have active Oregon and Washington licenses
