Shift Details: clinic hours 8a-4:30pm (30 minute lunch), OT 7:30am – 3:30or 4pm
Schedule: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month

Work Details:
· Support Staff: medical assistants and clinical support assistants
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month
· Patients per day: clinic 26-27, surgeries per day 6,
· Patient Population/Age: all ages in clinic, surgery for outpatient is all ages if being admitted transferred to York
· Department Description: clinic and OR
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: general ENT
· Preferred: comfortable parathyroid, Cochlear™ Baha
