Overview:
General ENT coverage in Ephrata, PA — a mix of OR days and clinic days per month.

Schedule & Coverage:
Start Date: ASAP. Approval End: 4/30/27. Clinic hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Schedule: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month. Title: MD. On Call: No.

Work Details:
Support Staff: Medical assistants and clinical support assistants. Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month. Patients per day: Clinic 26–27, surgeries per day 6. Patient Population/Age: All ages in clinic, surgery for outpatient is all ages; if being admitted, transferred to York. Department: Clinic and OR. EMR: EPIC. Special Procedures: General ENT. Preferred: Comfortable with parathyroid, Cochlear / Baha. Practice Setting: Clinic, Hospital.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible. License Required: PA license or IMLC required to present. DEA: Required. Certifications Required: ACLS. Minimum Experience Required: 1 year.

Credentialing:
60 days.
