Dates of Coverage: Varies
Schedule: Varies. would evaluate neonates for ROP. Would have access for remote reading and in person exams 1 time a week.
Details:
Practice Setting: Level III NICU inpatient only
Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic: 3-5 neonates for ROP assessment weekly.
Other Ophthalmologists Provide Coverage During Locum's Coverage Dates - No
Percentage of the Practice is Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric: 100%
Office Ancillary Staff: NNP in the unit who does the imaging and neonatologist available in the unit.
EMR: EPIC
Trauma Level: Level III
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months
