Facility Type: Level 2 Trauma Center – Inpatient Hospital Setting
Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days

Assignment Details:
Ongoing Dates:
July: 28th–31st
August: 6th–11th, 21st–27th, 30th–September 2nd
Schedule: Scheduled clinic hours plus call coverage
Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation unit
Patient Load: 3–6 patients per day (up to 10 on occasion)
Unit Size: 10 beds
Case Type: Medical management of rehabilitation patients
