Reason for coverage: Maternity leave
Dates needed: Tentatively starting ASAP-7/11. Schedule is Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri. Could consider reducing it to 3 days if needed.
Expected number of patients per day: 24

REQUIREMENTS

Active GA license and DEA - Required
Board Certified - Required
BLS - Required
Bilingual in Spanish - Highly Preferred, not required
Familiarity and experience in treating medically underserved and immigrant populations, including dealing with patients of diverse backgrounds, with experience in treating the homeless - Highly Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
