PHYSICAL THERAPIST to evaluate, treat, manage patients care in outpatient facility located in Smithtown, NY.

Multi-discipline practice, utilizing cutting edge treatments in pain management and healing.

Licensed Physical Therapist required. Salary to be based on years of experience.

Hours: Monday & Wednesday & Friday 9AM-6PM
