Temp – Director of Rehabilitation
Schedule: 8-hour shifts; NBO applies.
Responsibilities: Supervise and support the multidisciplinary rehab team, oversee clinical programs, participate in management meetings, and assist with new program development.
Quality & Compliance: Monitor documentation, chart audits, screening policies, and staff adherence to procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with facility and upper management to achieve rehab goals and maintain quality patient care.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of PT, OT, or SLP experience, LTC/rehab experience, and an active Texas license. Compact licenses accepted.
