JOB DESCRIPTION
Evaluates and executes appropriate treatment for patients within spectrum of care with emphasis on quality of care, continuity of services, and cost-effectiveness. Provides medically prescribed physical therapy and establishes a plan of care for patients.

60 bed community hospital located one hour north of Green Bay
Outpatient rehab is located 1.5 miles away from the hospital
Beds: Outpatient rehab facility

Covid vaccine required
Patient Types:
Adolescents (approx. 5% of cases and experience not needed) to Geriatrics - general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post surgical, general neuro
Patient Ratios:
1:1
Required Certifications:
BLS
Skills required
Manual therapy, vestibular trained (preferred), exercise, mechanical traction, lite gait, blood flow restrictions (experience not needed – willing to train)
Support on the Unit:
Other therapists
PT assistant
Charting System:
EPIC - required

1-3 days based on comfort
