Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Physician opportunity available in CA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extension
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Additional Details:
- Functional / Restorative Medicine model
- 100% outpatient
- No procedures

Licensure: Active CA license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30-60 days
