Job description

PM&R Physician opportunity available in San Francisco, CA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extension
Schedule: Weekday coverage on site, 8 hours/day and night beeper call at home
Additional Details:
• Department description: inpatient acute care rehab units. Provider will be responsible for admissions, discharges, and rounding.
• General cases

Licensure: Active CA license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 45 days
