Specialty: Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist

Dates coverage is needed: asap – ongoing (min 6 months commitment rqr’d) – Goal is to have Provider in place by 11/01.

Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30pm
Call Requirements: None

Outpatient only

Patient Volume: 8-12 patients per day average

Patient Ages: adults only

Types of Cases: outpatient

Support Staff: yes

Procedures Required: None

Type of Charting: EMR – CPRS

Requirements: BLS (through American Heart), DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5)

Reason for Need: staff shortage

Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks on average
