The clinician will work remotely for 40 hours per week providing care to an adult patient population using the SmartCare EMR system. This case-carrying position includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits with appointments scheduled for 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals depending on service needs. The clinician must complete all documentation within three business days of each appointment using concurrent documentation practices during appointments.
