16 patient caseload max
severe persistent mental illness-major dep, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis
avg LOS is 10 days
BC or truly BE
RNs or LVNs, as well as social workers/clinicians on staff
30 days to onboard
6 month commitment minimum
EMR-Avatar NX
med mgmt, evals, admits, discharges, daily treatment team meeting at 9:30
Reports to facility administrator
T&L can be provided
