Tele Psychiatry Location: Baltimore, Maryland Facility: Hospital; A leader in local pediatric care. A leader in local pediatric care, and is proudly affiliated with the University of Maryland Medical System and Johns Hopkins Medicine. Opportunity: Locums Child Psychiatrist Needed for Ongoing Outpatient Child and Adolescent Care Tele Psychiatry * Start Date/Duration: ASAP; Ongoing * Schedule: 3 days or possible full time, requested per week; hours preferred in afternoons and evening to accommodate patients and their families (after school hours preferred) * Outpatient only for evaluations and follow up med checks * 1hr – 90 initial evaluations; 20-30 minute follow ups * Patients are high functioning to those with more persistent chronic outpatient needs * EMR: Meditech Expansive * Psychiatrist will be working closely with psychologist providing intakes and psychotherapy; psychiatrist will be provide inpatient consult services and support * Scheduling support; MA provided for additional support Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
