Full-Time Psychiatrist – Hybrid Schedule
Adult Correctional Facility (Level 3 Security) | ~3,000 Inmates

Schedule:

Hybrid model: On-site once weekly, teleservices for remaining workdays

Flexible schedule: 5×8s or 4×10s

30-day credentialing process

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time provider to deliver Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services within a Level 3 security adult correctional facility housing approximately 3,000 inmates. The provider will conduct assessments, individual sessions, group therapy, and treatment planning focused primarily on SUD needs.

This role follows a hybrid service model, with one required on-site day each week and the remainder of services delivered through telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide SUD-focused assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions

Facilitate individual and group sessions for adult inmates

Collaborate with interdisciplinary correctional and medical teams

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Provide crisis support or referrals as needed

Requirements:

Appropriate clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)

Experience in SUD treatment preferred

Ability to work within a correctional environment at a Level 3 security facility

Strong communication and documentation skills

Willingness to provide both on-site and telehealth services
