Psychologist
A Client of mine who are a regional integrated healthcare system that offers leading-edge, compassionate healthcare and wellness services to communities is seeking a licensed Psychologist to join their dynamic team at Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will have a PsyD or an alternative licensure such as LCSW or LPC. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in providing therapeutic interventions, while also taking on additional responsibilities unique to the psychologist position.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Therapy:
• Conduct therapy sessions as the primary focus of the role.
• Manage a caseload of 42 to 50 patients per week, with varying session lengths based on client needs.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients, prioritizing their mental health and well-being.
Clinical Supervision:
• Serve as a clinical supervisor for master's level professionals when qualified.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support the professional development of team members.
Continuing Education:
• Present at least one CEU conference per year on a topic of the psychologist's choice.
• Collaborate with the psychiatry department to enhance professional development opportunities for team members.
Leadership and Onboarding:
• Take on an unofficial leadership role by assisting in onboarding new therapists entering the practice.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and contribute to the growth and success of the department.
Work Hours and Schedule:
• A 40-hour work week can be arranged across four days, with flexibility in scheduling.
• One late night per week (ending at 7 p.m. or 8 p.m., depending on the day) and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. are required.
• The emphasis is on productivity, ensuring a balance between quality of care and caseload management.
Qualifications:
