Job Description

LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist therapist needed in San Rafael, California. Join a team where they nurture the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of adolescents and their families, from a foundation of compassionate care, clinical expertise, and unconditional love.

Details:

• Permanent, full-time position

• Conduct record review of clinical and medical screening questionnaires

• Coordinate the scheduling of onsite admissions, including maintaining an updated, shared availability calendar with admissions-responsible departments

• Provide clinical clearance determination – ensuring admitting level of care appropriateness

• Generate EHR chart for new admits, uploads, and complete all admission documentation

• Support programming and client treatment when not facilitating an admission, which may include individual or group therapy sessions, client activities, or crisis management

Qualifications

Compensation Range: $86k - $96k, plus applicable incentive compensation, benefits, etc.
