Job description


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct computerized axial tomography (CT) procedures, reviewing patient history and requisitions with physicians.
Prepare and position patients according to protocol; administer contrast materials as needed.
Perform scans, evaluate images, and ensure quality before sending them to PACS.
Participate in daily equipment calibration, minor maintenance, and supply management.
Provide training to medical staff and technologists on unit operations.
Engage in continuing education and venipuncture training with the IV team.
Handle emergencies and adjust work schedules accordingly.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Registered with the ARRT.
Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
Licensed by the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy in New Hampshire.
