Position: Locum Physician – Radiation Oncology
Facility: Blanchard Valley Hospital / The Armes Family Cancer Care Center
Location: Findlay, Ohio
Coverage Dates:
- December 21–24, 2026
- December 28–31, 2026
- Priority dates: December 21, 23, 28, and 30]

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Patient Volume: Approximately 5–10 patients per day
Patient Population: Adult radiation oncology patients; no pediatric patients
Call/Weekends: None

Equipment:
- Two TrueBeam linear accelerators.
- Siemens Go-Sim CT simulator.

Clinical Support:
- Three registered nurses.
- One clinic secretary.

• Short-Term Coverage: December 21–24 and December 28–31, 2026, with December 21, 23, 28, and 30 specifically highlighted as important dates.
• Weekday Clinic Coverage: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, seeing approximately 5–10 patients daily. No weekends or call required; the physician will be the sole provider during the assignment.
