This full-time position offers 80 hours per pay period with shifts assigned as needed, and salary is based on experience, with the highest rates reflecting extensive experience in a 40-hour-per-week role. The role involves delivering a wide range of radiation oncology services, working closely with administrative and clinical teams, and adhering to professional and institutional standards. Responsibilities include consultations, outpatient care, and inpatient rounding. Candidates should be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. Proficiency in various radiation techniques and oncology software systems is required. Applicants must meet criteria for medical staff privileges, be board certified or eligible within the past two years, and hold or obtain an Oregon medical license. Both experienced practitioners and exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with practice-building experience considered a plus.
