Position Details
Private-practice General Radiology
Short ~3-week locums-to-perm trial to ensure mutual fit
2-year partnership track
Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
Weekend rotation: 7 weekends/year, 8a–2p
No fellowship required
Fellowship-trained radiologists can spend up to ⅓ of their time on subspecialty reads
Strong support with 3 PAs and a 4th being added

Permanent Package
$550K base salary
$100K sign-on bonus
$100K student loan repayment at Year 2
Up to $15K relocation
8 weeks vacation Year 1 → 10 weeks Year 2 → 12 weeks Year 3+
2-year partnership track with approximately $40K buy-in
Partner earnings of $750K–$900K+
