Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or movement dysfunctions.

· Provide hands-on therapy, functional training, and exercise programs to help patients achieve recovery goals.

· Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

· Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises, home programs, and preventive care.

· Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and ethical standards.



Qualifications

· Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s or Bachelor’s or Associate

· Licensure: Active or eligible for Georgia Physical Therapist license .

· Experience: New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Just need to be good with people
