Trauma Surgery NP/PA Needed in Idaho
Start Date: July 2025
Contract Length: 5 months with option to extend
Schedule: Looking for candidate that can work most of the shifts listed (75%-80%+), There will be more shifts to come after December. Looking for someone that can offer ongoing availablity. Will NOT consider someone for a few weeks here and there.
July 11-22 – Swing shift
August 4 – 14 – Day shift
August 8 – 14 – Day shift
August 22-28 – Day shift
August 29- September 4 – Day shift
September 5-11 – Day shift
September 19-25 – Day shift
September 19-25 – Swing shift
October 3-9 – Day shift
October 17-23 – Day shift
October 31 – November 6 – Day shift
November 14-20 – Day shift
November 28-December 4 – Day shift
December 12-18 – Day shift
December 19-24 – Day shif
December 18-January 3 – Night shift
December 26-31 – Day shift
Candidate needs to have experience in high volume, Level I or II trauma centers, working on a Trauma & Acute Care Surgery team.
Department description: Our team covers not only trauma, but also 100% emergency general surgery / ED unclaimed, and we anchor the trauma/surgical ICU. We don’t require that our APPs have critical care privileges, but it helps if they have ICU experience as third tier to their trauma/acute care surgery experience. For NPs, we do not require that they have First Assist certification, but they need to be able to function as first assist for OR cases.
7 days on, 7 days off 12 hr shifts
Days (0645-1745), Swing shift (1100-2230) – nights are covered but may need some coverage (would ask in advance)
Client not looking at starts past mid/end of July

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Active ID License Required (we can help license you)
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
