**W2 locums role - stipend for travel/lodging available on case-by-case basis

-Patients per day: 25-40/day
-Patient Population: All ages.
-Department Description: Must be able to do suturing and splinting
-EMR: EPIC
-Credentialing: 90 days
-Ideal provider can float between Hampton Bays and Port Jefferson AND can provide weekend/holiday coverage

• Min 8 shifts/month; 8a-8p. Flexible scheduling.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in an Urgent Care setting or 1 year in an ER setting.
• Must be comfortable in a SOLO setting
