Job description

Urologist Needed in Northern Arizona
Start Date: May 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8 Hour shifts
On Call
Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)

Arizona License Required (IMLC candidates accepted!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
