DESCRIPTION: ASC Urgent Need for Urologist

• M-F 8am-5pm – Clinic or OR Clinic, Plus night call, plus 24-hour weekend call, plus call backs
• 18-22 patients per day
• On call: Yes, 30-minute response time
• Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR.
• EMR: EPIC
• Additional information upon request

REQUIRED:
• IL State License – will only consider fully licensed or IMLC in hand candidates.
• Board Certified & Board Eligible
• ACLS/BLS
• Covid Vaccine

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided
