Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: 2 weeks a month back-to-back.
- 1st week is clinic Monday – Friday 8a-5p with no call
- 2nd week is 24-hour call Monday 7a – Monday 7a
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patient Census: 20-24 Clinic Patients/day
· Surgeries Per Day: 6-8 cases an OR block, OR block Tuesday & Friday on first week of shift
· Patient population/age: adult
· Providers Requested: 1
· Department Description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general, adult, Laparoscopic surgeries, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Renal and bladded u/s, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy, Renal transplant surgery
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• No on call
