• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract Length: 3 Months with option to extend
• Shift Schedule:
o Part Time (Preferred): Required - Tuesday and Thursday (8:00am – 4:30pm); Optional – Monday & Wednesday (8:00am – 12:00pm), Friday (12:30pm – 4:30pm)
o Full/Time: Above Schedule plus inpatient hours to reach 40 hours/week
• Patients/Day: ~7 Patients/Day
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• EMR: Meditech
• Skills Needed: Diabetes Wound Care, Surgical & Mechanical Debridement, Total Contact Casting, Multi-layer Compression, Cellular/Tissue-based Products (CMB Substitutes)
• Must be Board Certified
• DEA Required
• Active WV License or IMCL
• 1 Year of Experience Preferred (May Consider New Grads)
